Returns & Refund Policy
Returns
We accept returns on unused, unopened items in their original condition within 10 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at primrose.elm@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Be in its original packaging
- Be returned within 10 days of the delivery date
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at primrose.elm@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges on a case-by-case basis. If you would like to exchange an item, please initiate a return and then place a new order once the return is approved.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (e.g., personalized items or special orders)
- Personal care items (e.g., skincare, bath products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns on gift cards or items marked as final sale.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few business days for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
